Our client a global spirits company who create and distribute a world class, in demand portfolio of brands you know and love. Join a company who will encourage you towards your goals and who are all genuinely passionate about about what they do.

Reporting through to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of agreed business and promotional plans to achieve volume, share and profit objectives across on-premise venues in Melbournes CBD and the ever trendy city fringe.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Build strong mutually beneficial business relationships
- Pursue sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets
- Respond to leads & customer enquires
- Present, promote & sell products to CBD on premise customers
- Establish sales plans to meet KPI targets
- Track sales/status reports in CRM
- Ensure promotions/activations are inline with company plan/catalogs
- Manage on-premise sell-ins
- Support retail team with product knowledge
- Conduct training and tastings for venue staff
- Customer, Marketing, NPD, Contract negotiations

**Ideal Experience**:

- Previous Sales or hospitality experience within On-Premise
- Energetic, enthusiastic with a positive go getter attitude
- Proven ability to build professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Passion for the premium spirit/category and On-Premise scene
- Banner group executions & POS handling
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to follow a call cycle and work autonomously
- Ability to build cocktails
- Well known within the bar scene of Sydney
