Join our dynamic **Industrial Division Marketing** team as a **Brand Specialist** and unleash your creativity As a pivotal member of our close-knit crew, you'll dive into the exciting world of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at fortifying the Buildex brand.

You'll be at the forefront of new product launches, orchestrating trade marketing activities, crafting captivating digital content and campaigns, and fine-tuning marketing strategies to ensure our brand and products shine brightly in the market.

**The impact you'll make**:

- **Crafting the Brand Story**: Help shape and refine the Buildex brand proposition, putting your creative flair to work.
- **Spreading the Word**: Drive awareness, advocacy, and sales among our key end users and channel partners, amplifying our brand's reach.
- **Content Creation Extraordinaire**: Prepare, produce, and distribute engaging brand content and campaigns across various channels, ensuring our message resonates far and wide.
- **Digital Dynamo**: Dive into the digital realm, managing digital marketing projects, optimising digital assets, and executing an exceptional social media strategy.
- **Relationship Building**: Forge and nurture relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, fostering collaboration and driving success

**About you**:

- **Passion for Marketing**: Hold a qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- **Experience and Expertise**: Show us your stripes with demonstrated experience in brand, communications, or digital marketing roles. Your expertise in campaign management and knack for influencing at all levels will be your superpower.
- **Digitally Savvy**: Navigate the digital landscape like a pro Proficiency with digital marketing and design platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Advertising, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva is a must.
- **Audience Whisperer**: Have a keen eye for identifying target audiences and crafting compelling digital campaigns that make waves. Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making and maximise campaign effectiveness across various channels.
