As a Portfolio Development Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives to expand and optimize the company's energy portfolio. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify investment opportunities, assess project feasibility, and provide key insights for portfolio growth. **Key Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio development, project management, or a related field within the energy industry.
- Strong Knowledge of Energy Markets: Demonstrated understanding of energy market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.
- Analytical Proficiency: Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and risk assessment.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for portfolio growth and optimization.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communicator with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
