Reporting to the Roster Team leader at Surry Hills, you will be scheduling client services to employees with the appropriate skills and attributes while maintaining efficiency and cost-effective resource utilization and meeting compliance requirements. Make a difference by helping clients access home care services that enable them to live their best lives in their own home for as long as possible.
About the Role
- Scheduling of all client services according to service requirements and business rules
- Communicating with clients, employees and stakeholders, verbally and in writing
- Working in a safe manner, closely following all policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Agreement
To be successful in this role you’ll need
- Experience in Aged Care Services together with previous rostering experience will be highly regarded (but is not essential)
- Strong scheduling skills including analytics
- Strong planning and organising skills with a high attention to detail
- A drive to find solutions to complex customer enquiries
- Exceptional verbal and listening skills over the phone
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload in a busy high-volume environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience in Procura/Alaya care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
