Rangeview Transport is a family-owned plant transport company who have been in operation since

1999. Our head office is in Melbourne, with depots in Adelaide, Sydney and Brisbane delivering General

Freight, plants, flowers, and horticulture products. Our numerous fleets consist of Vans, Rigid’s, Semi’s, and B-Double’s with a team-membership base of over 50 employees.

**The Opportunity**

Based at our Smeaton Grange Depot in Sydney, we have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a

Warehouse/depot Manager to run our day-to-day functions. Mondays to Fridays with extremely rare weekend work.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the depot, staff, and operations. Including the first point of contact for all employee enquiries, escalation point and overseeing of the day-to-day functions of the depot. As the most senior role of the depot, you will be responsible for upholding the company name, values, and reputation in the transport industry. You will manage the flow of driver traffic and job allocation while maintaining a culture of safety and a supportive working environment.

The role will report directly to the General Manager of Rangeview transport who is based in Victoria.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate fleet servicing and maintenance activities
- Assist with induction and training of new staff
- Notify management of employee training needs and development
- Implement and oversee staffing roster while maintaining constant communication with management on any changes.
- Allocation of runs and drivers
- Some driving and assisting with deliveries, loading/unloading daily
- Generating sales through return customer business

**Skills/Experience/Qualifications**
- A current NSW HC drivers’ licence at a minimum MC is highly desirable.
- Forklift licence desirable or willing to obtain, company funded.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication.
- Reliable with good time management skills.
- Experience with warehouse organisation
- Demonstrated experience in a management position or leadership role.
- Knowledge and experience of complying with NHVR regulations and CoR.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
