We at the City of Port Phillip are an inner-city council with around 1000 employees who deliver more than 100 programs and services to our residents, businesses and visitors. These range from inclusive aged care, childcare and immunisations, to libraries, management of parks and open space, rubbish collection, road maintenance and more. **About your new role**
As a member of The City of Port Philip’s Independent Living Team you WILL make a difference.
Your contribution will ensure older adults and people who need assistance are able to access the services they need to maintain their independence at home and in the community.
Your enthusiasm, passion and commitment to providing high quality client-focussed customer service will help clients feel respected and encouraged to make choices about their services.

- A strong understanding of issues facing frail older people and younger people who need assistance to live independently.
