**About the role**

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:
The Digital Communications and Engagement Specialist's main responsibility is to assist efforts to increase engagement with customers, employees, government, communities and other stakeholders with Hume Community Housing; and participation across the company's programs including advocacy, growth, safety and community engagement. To deliver on these requirements the specific tasks include:

- Creating a compelling content strategy for social media and digital marketing
- Constructing presentations that excite and motivate
- Development, implementation and coordination of digital campaigns, including paid search and social media advertising
- Making new short-form video content for Hume events, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok

Creating professional, content (i.e.,, social media assets, tweets, newsletters) that consistently position Hume Community Housing as a Tier 1 Housing Provider

**About you**

This role will be perfect for someone with:

- Digital Marketing and Social Media Management experience
- Experience in graphic post-production using editing software/programs
- Strong copywriting skills
- An understanding of visual brand identity and graphic design
- Excellent technical marketing skills including experience with WordPress, CRM Platforms, Microsoft Office, Mailchimp or similar, and Canva
