We are seeking a Marketing Specialist, someone with a passion for crafting targeted digital marketing strategies within the B2C and B2B space. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and services through digital lead campaigns. You will work with the Directors to implement and manage strategies across multiple digital channels, including social media, advertising platforms, eDM (Electronic Direct Mail) content creation, and website.
- Plan online communication and effectively execute advertising on digital platforms such as: Google, facebook, youtube, instagram, tiktok, etc to attract more bookings
- Responsible for setting up campaigns, managing budgets, monitoring and optimizing advertising campaign effectiveness: Google, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads that bring awareness to the properties and lead potential customers to the website to make more bookings.
- Collaborate with content/designers to orient content/images appropriate to customers; Coordinate with IT to check and review content on the website and landing page to optimize traffic;
- Conduct market research to:

- analyze competitors’ services, content, and advertising channels to propose effective communication plans.
- Identify customers trend and/or profiles in our segment and in hospitality market in general
- Research and develop new digital platforms for the customer to use during their stays.
- Prepare reports measuring results achieved monthly to the Directors on how the website and brand is performing, where bookings are coming from and which marketing platforms had the best return on investment.
- Improve Company online presence for holiday home rentals to improve brand awareness, guest experience, and convert more bookings.
- Participate in other department activities as directed by the Directors.

- Attention to detail for precise analysis of data
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment
- Ability to work with teams and collaborate
- Ability to travel often
- Creativity and sense of presentation
- Qualification (or be currently studying towards) a Masters in Hospitality Management
- Customer service experience is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
