- Proactively engage with senior employees and external talent to develop succession pools for senior and other critical or hard to fill roles.
- Contribute to thought leadership as a key member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team, supporting the broader team to continuously improve on hiring and attracting practices suited to the shifting market and Transurban’s key objectives.
- Develop capability across the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and search methods that can be applied across a broader range of disciplines and roles.
- Provide regular leadership, mentoring and coaching to your direct reports and to the broader Talent Acquisition team as needed.

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

- Skills in critical thinking, analytical ability and problem solving, with the ability to overlay commercial acumen to decisions and recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to share thought leaderships and showcase new perspectives.
