We are currently seeking a full-time ICT Sales Representative for our business in Sydney.
- _**Capture and analysis potential new leads and capitalize leads from different sources, update any information obtained on potential client businesses. **_
- _**Continuously maintain employer’s high-level competitiveness, understanding the goods and services offered by competitors and prevailing market conditions. **_
- _**Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both current and prospective clients. Analyze and comprehend their business needs, presenting effective and efficient solutions in their best interests. **_
- _**Evaluate customer requirements, articulate how employer can best address those needs, and provide quotations. **_
- _**Provide recommendations and suggestions on prices and follow credit terms; capture, secure and document order details. **_
- _**Achieve revenue KPI by capitalizing on all leads, encompassing new business, recycling opportunities, and upselling prospects. **_
- _**Coordinate the logistics of goods delivery, equipment installation, and service provision. **_
- _**Stay informed about our products and services, as well as industry trends, to convey the value proposition to clients. **_
- _**Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with orders and services, address and resolve any issues. **_
- _**Prepare sales reports, and maintain and submit records of business expenses incurred**_
- _**Keep track of sales report, including pending quotations, leads, and opportunities within our internal system.**_

In return you will receive:

- Package: $70,000 per annum plus superannuation
- Position: Full time (37.5 hours a week)
- Ongoing support from our team

Requirements of position
- Relevant Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience. 5 years of relevant work experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
