We provide programs relating to ageing and disability, health, housing, families, drug and alcohol treatment and support and more.

**About the Role**:
Anglicare Tasmania’s Acquired Injury Support Service provides comprehensive, client focused support to people living with an acquired injury in a variety of settings around Tasmania. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional support tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders including clients and their families;
- Support the development and implementation of support plans based on needs assessments;
- Provide oversight and feedback to Support Workers;
- Manage client rosters to meet support needs;
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently including reviewing financial data;
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery;
- Respond promptly to client and funder inquiries;
- Assist in resolving client concerns or issues.

The successful applicant will be required to:

- present an unsupervised contact with children or vulnerable people type National Police Check (no older than 12 months);
- provide an International Police Check if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia after the age of 16;
- provide a satisfactory Anglicare assessed medical:

- provide a current provisional or full Australian Driver Licence.

On commencement the successful applicant will be required to undertake our structured Safeguarding Children Training program.
