The Vehicle Coordination Officer is accountable to the Manager, Contracts & Impound Unit, for undertaking a range of customer related functions and administrative tasks, which contribute to the provision of enhanced service delivery for seized vehicle management at designed SAPOL sites.

The Contracts and Impound Unit (CIMU) within SAPOL’s Physical Assets Services Branch (PASB) is responsible for management and oversight of SAPOL’s asset related contracts. The Unit is also accountable for managing effective operations in support of vehicles seizures under _Criminal Law (Clamping, Impounding and Forfeiture) Act 2007_, _Criminal Assets & Confiscations Act_ _2005 (CACA)_, and management of SAPOL’s metropolitan and regional Impound and CACA vehicle holding facilities.

PASB is comprised of six units: Capital Strategy & Projects, Major Projects Unit, Contracts & Impound, Strategic Operations: Fleet & Property, Facilities Management Unit, and Business Unit. **Salary**
ASO3 - $67,589 - $72,033 per annum.
