**About the role**:
We are seeking a strong, focused and proactive individual to work between the Sydney office and Warehouse floor. Working collaboratively with another Warehouse Administrator, you will be involved in fast paced environment, meeting deadlines to ensure the company’s success.
You will be working in the office and on the factory floor. **This is a hands on role **and your day will involve ensuring trucks are sent out on time for deliveries, chasing up anything that is missing or late, booking in pickups, liaising with warehouse team and more.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Main Point of contact for track and trace & Customer Service queries.
- Manage and report findings to all Customer Service enquiries.
- Collect and enter data entry on DIT & LIT.
- Ensure that in-house customers are being serviced to their full expectations be it in data entry, customer service liaison and or materials from production
- Participate in daily meetings
- Ensuring accurate transactions (con-notes, manifests) of all movements for all goods being dispatched
- Creation of pick slips and associated documentation / manifests
- Liaison with internal and external professional bodies, i.e. freight forwarders, Customer Service, Purchasing, & Production
- Filing
- Route code maintained and distribution schedule i.e. public holidays
- Preparation and coding of transport invoices for payment
- Ensuring all transport is booked before 9:30 am
- Checking of daily invoicing ensure FMS, WMS and JDE are updated at end of day processes

**Skills + Experience required**:

- Good communication skills for internal and external customers and transport providers
- Good time management skills - priority orientated
- Strong administration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Systematic with excellent follow up focus
- Results oriented
- Team player with flexible / can-do attitude

**To be considered for the role you must have**:

- Transport / Warehouse / Distribution background
- Must come from large scale companies, working with high volume goods
- Must be strong, focused, proactive and resilient
- Must be able to work collaboratively with the other Warehouse Administrator
- Delivery document preparation - confirmation of orders picked, raising of connotes, load manifests, DD’s, truck bookings and track & trace of freight
- WMS working knowledge
- JDE working knowledge
- EDI background
- FMS working knowledge
- Approval Plus working knowledge
- Must have full unrestricted working rights
