**Here’s what we need from you**:
- Experience with customer-facing roles and proven relationship development and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with channel partners, or strategic partnerships, to build and nurture an extensive partner network, would be an advantage.
- Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to identify potential partners.
- On-board new partners that align with, and support acQuire’s business objectives.
- Deal with diverse and complex stakeholders.
- Having knowledge and exposure to the mining and exploration industry would be an advantage.
- Ability to drive results within the bounds of acQuire’s business objectives.
- Experience working in an enterprise technology solution business would be advantageous.
- Be legally entitled to live and work in Australia.

- A tertiary qualification in business, marketing or a related field would be advantageous.
**The fine print of this gig**: Your role will report to the Nova Network Lead and be based at our Perth office in Australia. The
**Channel Partner Manager** plays a vital role in supporting our Nova Network Partners in all aspects of their engagement with acQuire.
Your key accountability in this role will be to recruit and onboard suitable partner organisations and technologists that align with and support acQuire's professional service delivery and business objectives. Travel will be required. You will actively participate in acQuire hosted events and industry events to promote the value of the Nova Network.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic relationships with organisations that will assist acQuire reach its objectives around professional service delivery and other business goals.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners who focus on product-specific channels.
This role requires expertise in relationship management (internally and externally), an ability to identify opportunities to develop and build strong partnerships with consulting organisations established in our customer space. You will be a key conduit of communication between acQuire’s operational teams and our partners.
You will own partner engagement, define the necessary training, and certification requirements we expect of our partners. You will facilitate partner engagement by effectively demonstrating the value acQuire can provide to our mutual customers to help achieve the business goals of both acQuire and our partners.
You will also possess technical and business acumen that enables you to engage at all levels of an organisation with the ability to facilitate solutions tailored to each partner opportunity.
