About the role
Airbus has an opportunity for a Project Lead or Project Coordinator to join our team based in Richmond RAAF Base on permanent full time basis.
Reporting to the Manager C130J Service Delivery you will coordinate the delivery of support services by the relevant functional groups to the satisfaction of the C-130J Fleet Operators, in particular through the effective management of assigned project activities.

**Some of your core responsibilities will be to**:

- Act as a key interface between the Program and the Airbus internal functional service providers
- Collaborate and coordinate resources
- Manage on-time delivery of integrated support engineering, material support & logistics and other relevant functional groups
- Achieve the quality, schedule, and profitability obligations of each project assigned to you.

About you
To be successful in this role, it is a requirement to be able to drive project outcomes, work autonomously and to tight deadlines and work comfortably in a continuous improvement work environment. The knowledge, skills and experience best suited to this role include:

- Previous Technical or Logistics experience in Aviation or Defence environment
- Knowledge and experience with delivery of sustainment services
- The ability to resolve high-level service issues, with strong analytical and strategic problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build long-lasting, collaborative relationships with peers and interdependent functions and business lines; and manage conflicting priorities in a matrix organisation
