**About the Role**:
The primary focus of the Marketing Specialist will be to support the growth of our Private Health Insurance, Local area Marketing, Dental and Eyecare portfolios, through marketing activities that align to our business growth priorities. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will help with the coordination and implementation of effective campaigns.

**What you’ll be doing in the role**:

- Work closely with internal and external creative agencies to help develop, execute, and monitor marketing activity across a variety of paid and owned channels
- Develop and execute the local area marketing activations and support of national campaigns
- Assist the coordination and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activity to align with overarching marketing calendar - including campaign planning, media planning, creative production processes across offline and online.
- Follow existing process to ensure any promotions and activities are planned, and implemented to a high standard, on time and meet brand guidelines and legal approval.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance; recommending optimisations, sharing key learnings with broader team and business units, and co-ordinating post campaign review documentation.
- Compile competitor reviews and research relevant market trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Administrative support including managing project timelines, detailing legal and brand reviews, budget tracking, processing invoices, WIP documentation, administer campaign folders, asset management and campaign reporting.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams (e.g. product, brand, digital, and sales) to ensure market consistency and alignment of strategic marketing initiatives
- Ensure the clear communication of marketing activities to cross-functional teams and coordinate internal training to support initiatives.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in communications or advertising/marketing or related field/s.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience with campaign management and execution, within an agency or marketing role.
- Experience managing web, content, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills: ability to analyse data, draw conclusions, execute recommendations and implement remedies.
- Agency management experience and the ability to effectively build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, creative problem solving, project management and organisation
