**The Opportunity**

You will be joining our Administration team to provide a comprehensive customer focused service to all aspects of the Hospital Front Office. Responsible for effectively performing the administrative duties within the department, you will work as part of a fast-paced team that works cooperatively, sharing roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer.

**Duties and responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to;**
- Ensuring Hospital standard policies, processes and documentation are successfully implemented and consistently complied with;
- Providing a high level of customer service directly to our patients at the front desk in greeting them and processing their initial paperwork; and
- Attending the Reception desk, directing visitors and handling enquiries.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will bring a professional administrative skillset and, ideally, experience within the Health Industry. You will be a proactive professional with a tight attention to detail and the capability to effectively manage your time throughout the workday.
- A positive and welcoming customer service skillset
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
- Experience with patient management systems (meditech) will be highly regarded
- Strong computer skills with a clear understanding of the MS Office suite
- Any relevant administrative qualifications will be highly regarded

**Requirements**:
