**Our Opportunity**:
We currently have a 12 month fixed term opportunity for a Treasury Analyst who will ensure the efficient running of the Treasury team, to oversee daily tasks as assigned by the Assistant Group Treasurer and support members of the team with various initiatives and programs of work as they arise.
Daily tasks to support the smooth running of the Treasury function including but are not limited to:
- Group cash sweep, including associated journals and bank transfers, is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Timely management of Treasury related invoices
- Corporate calendar maintenance outlining upcoming compliance and general corporate events.
- Assisting in the creation of investor materials
- ICM agreement processing is completed in a timely manner
- Ensuring the Treasury Settlement inbox is checked and maintained regularly.
- Assisting in preparing Treasury Reporting in a timely manner
- Actively manage the Groups bank guarantees including preparing and arranging bank guarantees required across the business.
- Transactional banking:
- Bank account and signatory maintenance
- Manage day-to-day group wide transactional banking needs
- Liaise with transactional banking client manager to achieve the best outcome that addresses AU group transactional banking needs for internal stakeholders
- Assisting with Projects across the Group in which the Treasury team are involved
- Assisting with any other work required
**About You**:
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following experience/capabilities:
- A broad understanding and knowledge of MS Office Suite of Products
- Strong attention to detail
- Good stakeholder management
- A Self-starter that can achieve results within time constraints and conflicting priorities
- The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- The ability and willingness to improve current processes
- Flexibility and accountability to be a proactive team member when dealing with group wide changes
- Sound communication skills and ability to communicate and resolve problems
- Initiate and facilitate problem solving
- Openness to learning various aspects within the Treasury function
- Adapt to change and innovation
