Service Delivery Manager

We are looking to appoint an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our ITS Operations team.
The Service Delivery manager is part of a highly motivated and specialised technical team and will act as a point of escalation and ensure operational services are being delivered by all suppliers. This role will also be responsible for service transition and service management, change management, service level performance monitoring and crisis management as well as technical leadership across the business, ensuring process and practice compliance of the ITS Operations team.
The impact you’ll have- Provide 24 x 7 Operational support, escalation management and coordination of incident and crisis- Act as an advocate for ITS Operations and provide a single point of contact across all ITS services between internal business stakeholders, external business stakeholders, C&T, external suppliers etc. to identify and implement service improvements that bring tangible benefits- Identify Service management training needs (such as ITIL) for the operations team- Maintain procedures for all activities to ensure a safe working environment- Support vendor management with the development of all support agreements across Tier 1 and Tier 2 contracts- Lead Post Incident Review processes to identify root cause and improvements to mitigate future occurrence- Act as the escalation point for any and all crisis management
The talents you’ll bring- Demonstrated experience in service delivery of critical services.- Have an ITIL certification for foundations V3 or V4- Demonstrated experience in the maintenance of 24/7 operation critical systems- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with staff at all levels- Excellent problem-solving ability- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines- A flexible approach to employment with the ability to work a 24/7 on call roster- Hold a valid driver’s licence to drive across the Transurban network- TAFE or equivalent trade qualifications in Electrical / Electronic / Systems with extensive experience in a comparable industry or Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Systems Engineering desirable but not mandatory.
