As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in our client's operations. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT services, managing service delivery issues, evaluating performance against KPIs, identifying potential risks and working closely with internal teams. Your ability to manage these responsibilities effectively will contribute significantly to the success of our client's business.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all service delivery matters
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring services are delivered on time, within scope, and exceeding quality standards
  • Manage and resolve service delivery issues, incidents, problems and requests including leading the Post Incident Review process as necessary
  • Regularly evaluate service delivery performance against KPIs, service levels and client feedback
  • Identify potential service delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive service delivery and address any cross-functional issues that may impact clients

What you bring:

You have demonstrated your ability to influence, lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in service delivery or project management within the IT sector
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Nice to have: Managed Services or Banking industry experience.
  • Experience with Ultradata would be advantageous
