We’re looking for a Digital Media Specialist that will develop best in class video strategies to help drive our full funnel marketing strategy.

The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to drive deeper and more meaningful connections with our customers by making more effective creative and media choices.

The Digital Media Specialist brings excellence to how we show up to our customers across video platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- You are accountable as part of the wider marketing function in driving total customer number growth for IAG across our video platforms.
- Deploy marketing campaigns and analysis across digital video platforms.
- Analyse customer behaviour across digital and develop insights to improve engagement on platform.
- Measure and report on digital performance metrics for marketing campaigns.
- Design marketing experiments for digital channels and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Be a Strategic partner to media specialists and manager and Creative specialists.
- Understanding and compliance with the Group Delegations & Authorities Policy.
- Develop plans and provide rationale for video across a range of campaigns.
- Set up and implement campaigns to align to media strategy and creative objectives

Skills & Experience
- Experience in digital and Google Analytics, Google products & platforms including YouTube.
- You must have a passion for the craft of marketing and power of creativity, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- You have worked in a digital planning role in an agency, marketing or management consultant (with a marketing focus).
- Strong presentation, interpersonal skills.
- You thrive in highly complex, constantly changing business environments and have experience across a range of categories/industries.
- Collaboration is key for this role, bringing together the many moving parts
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, agency or consulting roles.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree required
