**6 month contract initially**

The Program Scheduler is responsible for working closely with the Program Manager to oversee, develop, maintain and report against the project schedule to support the overall Governance. This role is critical to ensuring the project and solution delivery items are developed, delivered and embedded within project expectations. This role will work across the entire program, consisting of multiple projects to ensure scheduled activities are progressing as planned including the tracking and monitoring of team activities to ensure the project is functioning effectively and efficiently.

**Working at NTT**
- Align schedule to delivery methodologies and assurance gates as required.
- Coordinate project schedule to manage inter dependencies and present information into a Program level schedule and or roadmap.
- Establish routine meetings to provide updates on the schedule and report on progress and interdependencies.
- Review schedules to ensure delivery performance is maximised and considers resourcing availability and constraints.
- Report on resources profiles on a regular basis to track completed project activities.
- Create an illustrative schedule or Plan on a Page views for executive consumption.
- Work with contemporary scheduling tool sets including Microsoft Project.
- Support project management teams and positively engage with technology stakeholders.

**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
- Experience working in a Scheduling role for 5 years is a minimum requirement
- Experience in the Consulting and FSI sector is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset and collaborative approach
- Ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Pragmatic problem solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, together with significant scheduling experience across complex ICT projects
- MS Project Professional experience is essential
- Plan on a page experience on Powerpoint or Visio.
- SharePoint knowledge and ability to report on SharePoint.
