The UX Manager will lead our dynamic and rapidly growing multi-product UX/UI team. They will have deep expertise in design systems, process optimisation, and reporting on UX performance metrics. They will play a crucial role in driving performance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence with exceptional people management capabilities.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- ** Team Leadership**
- ** **Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- ** Design Systems**
- Oversee the development and maintenance of design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple products and platforms.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to evolve and optimise design systems based on user feedback and industry best practices.
- ** UX Reporting**
- Define and track key UX performance metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of design initiatives on user satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- ** Process Optimization**
- Streamline and optimise UX/UI design processes to improve productivity, quality, and speed to market.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation, and efficiency gains, and implement best practices to drive continuous process improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Extensive experience in UX/UI design as well as design management. Have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in design systems, with experience developing and maintaining comprehensive design libraries and component libraries.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a focus on user-centred design.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
- Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with UX/UI design process optimization, including Agile methodologies, lean UX, and iterative design
