**The Role**:
As a User Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role on the consumer-facing side of our business. Your mission is to lead and innovate in the realm of digital assets. In close collaboration with designers, product managers, and engineers, you will craft cutting-edge products and end-to-end solutions. We're seeking a customer-centric individual with a passion for both research and design. This is a hands-on role, and you will spend a substantial portion of your time in the creative trenches, all while mentoring and coaching junior designers.
**Skills & Experience**:
To excel in this mid-level UX/UI Designer role, you should possess:
- A proven track record in conducting user research to shape content, features, and tools.
- The ability to oversee all aspects of interaction design, providing guidance to refine and enrich the consumer experience.
- A knack for developing creative design elements for digital platforms and collaborating with external agencies and partners on large-scale programs.
Requirements include:
- A degree in relevant fields such as Human Factors, UI Design, Industrial Engineering (with a focus on UI), Psychology (with a focus on Cognitive Psychology & UI Design), or Computer Science (with a focus on UI Design).
- A deep understanding of the latest digital trends and research.
- Strong familiarity with user-centered design principles and proficiency in visual design.
- Expertise in the latest UX Design and creative tools (e.g., Invision, Trello, Moqups, Balsamiq, Power Mocks, Gliffy, Optimizely, Usability tools, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- Pragmatism, exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively.
