**Your Role at Nextt**
At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing behaviour support, daily activities. Delivering high intensity support, mental health support, domestic assistance and community access support.
**We currently have Vacancies in Ballarat in our SILs (Supported Independent Living)**
**Permanent and optimised rosters**
**SIL Davey Street**
Experience with patients requiring self-care, personal care support, diabetes supports and general day to day supports. Mainly sleepovers shifts.
**Week 1**: Line 1* - *15 hours
Sunday 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday 3:00pm - 10:00pm
Saturday: 6:00am - 9:00am
**Line 2 -** 16.5 hours
Sunday 6:00am - 9:00am
Monday 5:00pm - 10:pm
Tuesday 6:00am - 9:00am
Saturday 4:30pm - 10:pm
**Week 2**: Line 1 - 15 hours
Sunday: 6:00am - 9:00am
Monday: 6:00am - 11:00am
Saturday: 3:00pm - 10:00pm
**Line 2 -** 9.5 hours
Thursday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 10:30am

**24/7 Community program SIL in Alfredton - Ballarat**
Community of practice - Cognitive
Shifts and sleepovers (morning, afternoon, evening, weekends, sleepovers, active nights)
Sleepovers mainly, some afternoon work and some weekend work.
Hours per week 15 hours x 2
Ideally, a level of experience for supporting people with a brain injury, epilepsy and restricted diet (though this is learnable). Seeking people keen to support others to create their own home away from family, but also to foster family connections as family as opposed to carers.

experience with autism helpful, participants have mild autism are young adults, need of motivation to adhere to all areas of life.

- **Your Skills and Experience**_- Experience in Mental Health and Psychosocial Disability
- Experience in High Physical Disability Support Needs
- Knowledge of restrictive practices
- Complex Behaviour support experience

**Your Certificates and Licences**_- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children check
- First aid and CPR certificate
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
- Australian drivers license and your own fully insured vehicle

**Employees will be required to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.**_**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.95 per hour
