Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence our partnerships by developing and implementing effective strategies. You'll collaborate with multiple divisions, both internally and externally, to drive the best outcomes for our clients and Mastercard. Your responsibilities will include:
- External partner-facing, supporting the team in developing impactful, influencing strategies with senior leaders.
- Internal influencing, fostering collaboration across divisions to achieve optimal results for clients and Mastercard.
- Assisting in the design of strategies and proposals to meet client needs.
- Developing marketing and account plans that drive successful outcomes for both our clients and Mastercard.
- Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of contractual commitments.
- Maintaining and updating Salesforce, while proactively communicating opportunities and areas for improvement to the Vice President of Account Management.
- Creating compelling client-facing presentations, analytics, and reports to enhance sales opportunities. This includes monthly tracking reports, quarterly business reviews, statement of works, and other materials.
- Generating performance analytics, dashboards, and effective partnership communications monthly.
- Managing key services initiatives through effective project management, collaborating with internal divisions within Mastercard.
- Mapping relationships and coordinating events with C-level executives from both Mastercard and our Key Accounts.
- Disseminating best practices to clients, arranging peer-to-peer meetings, and producing relevant documentation for senior leadership.
- Managing pipeline activities at the account level.
- A passion for learning and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills, resilience, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated commercial and business acumen, with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Dedication to building strong customer relationships and identifying solutions to their pain points.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. You enjoy simplifying complex data into impactful C-level presentations.
- A degree in business studies or a relevant field preferred but not essential.
- Exposure to payments or financial services and loyalty.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
