**Operational Account Manager** at

- Lead and motivate the team to deliver operational actions in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customer and manage service issues efficiently
- Handle all operational non-conformance issues and take responsibility for the successful execution of agreed processes
- Drive KPI's and root cause analysis; implementing improved processes where required
- We're looking for someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, with previous experience in supply chain, logistics and Air/Sea freight. You will need to have sound understanding of import/export practices such as customs and AQIS, and the proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
