Our new QA Officer will use best practice methodology to build on this reputation, working across the APAC region to drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of quality and safety.

Your day to day will include:

- **Own the process** at MST, where you will **oversee quality assurance** for the APAC region, coordinate audits, chair quality meetings and presenting finding to the executive level;
- Ensure **accurate** record keeping, maintenance of quality registers, documentation and data entry of quality related information;
- **Drive** continuous improvement processes across MST, educating your colleagues on best practice along the way;
- **Champion a safety culture**, promoting safety compliance, completing audits and proactively seeking solutions.

**What does success look like?**
- 2-3 years’ experience in a quality role, ideally within mining, IT/communications, or manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of ISO3400 & ISO9001, and Lean Six Sigma
- Experience drafting, reviewing or editing policies, procedures or pro-forma’s
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise workload
- Sound understanding of the mining market and ecosystem (highly desirable)
