Audio Visual Events are a family-owned company that has been highly regarded in the Audio Visual industry in Australia for over 20 years. At Audio Visual Events, we specialise in providing a complete range of AV services, including audio, visual, lighting and staging.
Our warehouse/office is located only a short distance from St Leonard's train station and onsite parking is also available.
**THE ROLE**:
We are looking for senior Audio Visual Technicians to join our established team in providing audio visual services to the events market in Sydney and across Australia.
With Sydney’s widest range of high-end audio-visual equipment and a broad range of clients, no two days are the same. You will be working with cutting edge technology from the best brands and joining our dedicated and skilled team of technicians to provide great outcomes for our clients.
As a senior AV Technician, you will be responsible for helping to lead/manage the AV team and for the design/installation/operation/maintenance of all AV equipment at our client's events and productions.
Our high quality equipment meets or exceeds current industry standards.
We will support your professional development and training.
We are looking for technicians with high-level AV skills, including audio, vision, video production and projection and lighting.
- Relevant qualifications in AV/video/audio production (tertiary level preferred)
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a senior AV role in AV/Tech production
- Direct experience in preparing, installing & operating a range of high-end audio visual equipment
- Experience in examining/testing & repairing AV equipment
- Experience in video design/programming & video projection
- Experience in audio & sound design
- Be comfortable dealing directly with diverse clients
- Be driven & dedicated to providing outstanding customer service
- Strong organisation & time management skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- EWP / Forklift / Truck licences will be highly regarded
- Current driver's licence
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights and weekends
- Great customer service skills
Full-Time Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (based on level of experience & skillset)
**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
