(HE05) $74,289 to $82,603 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fixed term full time position available for 12 months.

This position can be based in any of ARCS rural locations.

The Project Officer coordinates the provision of alumni engagement for profiling and for ARCS 20th Anniversary alumni engagement project support to ARCS Director and Operational Manger.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; including the ability to provide advice, build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and promote a strong positive team culture.
- High level organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex administrative processes with efficiency and consistency.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks, implementing plans to achieve defined outcomes, and solving problems in an innovative and creative manner.
- Demonstrated ability delevope activities to effectively showcase a product or service with a focus on quality improvement and customer experience.
- Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.

This position requires a valid Working with Children Check.
