**Cognizant is seeking a Test Data Manager to join a well-established client in Sydney. This role will collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to understand data requirements to ensure data integrity and consistency across different test environments**

**In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to**:

- Lead the test data management strategy and execution for Digital Insurer program.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to understand data requirements.
- Design, create, and maintain test data sets to support functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across different test environments.
- Develop and implement data masking and anonymization techniques to protect sensitive information.
- Automate test data generation and management processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot test data issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on test data management best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in test data management tools and techniques.
- Proven experience in test data management within a software QA environment.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- Experience with AWS / Azure cloud-based data generation and management solutions.
- Experience with data masking, anonymization, and test data generation tools.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
