**How will I help?**

We are seeking a passionate Test Environment Manager with test data management experience to lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of end-to-end non-production environments (on-prem/cloud).

Embedded within a domain, you will ensure availability of non-production environments to support multiple projects, drive resolution of incidents and be the single point of contact in dealing with the stakeholders for environment and test data management related activities.

**What do I need?**
- Experience in implementing test environment and test data strategies for the domain, program of work based on the requirement
- Hands on experience with contention management, resolving test environment conflicts across programs of work.
- Ability to ensure test environment policies, processes, and standards, including controls to identify and mitigate internal issues and risks are followed for your domain.
- Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams to resolve environment related issues.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives such health check processes, tool frameworks, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence
- Experience defining and implementing key test environment and test data metrics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coach and mentor vendor staff to perform to the highest of their ability.
- Ability to work in Agile environments.
- Experience with industry-standard test environment and test data management tools/platforms.
- Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly in incident, change and problem management.
