Job Title: Administrator - Community Specialist

Contract: 20-30 hours per week

Location: Maroochydore, Australia

**Job Overview**

We are seeking an Administrator with keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, with a passion for being involved in making a difference in people’s lives across the globe.

**Specific Responsibilities**

To assist in the maintenance and development of digital assets including bots, websites, and online platforms. Including:

- To work with our international teams.
- To assist the Community Manager to maintain, organise and implement community tools.
- To join online meetings, as required.
- Maintain a high quality of interpersonal communication at all times.
- Assist the Direct Manager with admin tasks associated with a number of language projects.
- Meet with project stakeholders to get feedback and maintain notes.
- Manage schedules and resources to achieve required outcomes according to deadlines.

**General Responsibilities**

Fulfil other duties, as common to all employees and as directed, within parameters outlined in both the mission and vision statements. This includes:

- To pro-actively maintain a positive attitude.
- To adhere to all regulations, CV policies, procedures and guidelines.
- To attend all required general staff and team meetings.
- To undertake professional development as required.
- To adhere to all occupational health and safety requirements of CV.
- To keep confidential the affairs of CV and its employee.
- To conduct video calls with stakeholders in non-Australian time zones, if required.

**Essential Skills / Experience / Education**
- To demonstrate an understanding of the Christian ethos.
- High-level written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group across all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and contribute to and encourage a culture of teamwork and service delivery.
- Ability to think and act creatively, problem solve and develop strategic and operational plans.
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- To be able to demonstrate and have experience in detail oriented tasks.
- Experience working with internationally based organisations would be an advantage.
