**About The Role**

We are excited to announce a new Medical Lead Mental Health Service Reform position which will drive reforms and medical engagement within our Mental Health Program. This once in a life time opportunity will suit an enthusiastic and experienced medical specialist with deep knowledge of the mental health system, expertise in project and change management, operational experience, as well as the necessary clinical expertise to join the Mental Health Program.

**What you need**:

- Current registration with AHPRA as a medical specialist
- Fellowship with a relevant medical specialty college
- Experience in operational management and leadership roles in the mental health setting
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Postgraduate qualifications in Health Services Management, Project Management, Management or Business (desirable)
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and qualifications
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Current Victorian Driver’s licence
- Australian working rights
