**Century 21 Barossa are looking for a guru of an Administration officer.**

This position is Full time. Working hours are 9am-5pm Mon - Fri based in the Nuriootpa office. This is not a remote job and work from home is not suitable for this role.

**Experience in the Real estate industry or in Administration is preferred.**

**The responsibilities would include, but not limited to**:

- Be the first point of contact to clients in our Nuriootpa office and on the phone.
- Work in conjunction with team members based at the Kapunda office.
- Work closely with the Sales agents and conveyancers as the main communicator during the sale process.
- Assist in the development of systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the office.
- Prompt preparation of documents and folders for agents when attending appraisals and open inspections
- Set up Newly listed properties, prepare and execute relevant legislative documentation in an efficient and timely manner.
- Creation of property files, including CRM and ensuring ongoing accurate data management
- Support the marketing agent in the preparation of publications for newspaper, marketing materials including brochures and signage.
- Preparing and overseeing the Settlement process for our valued clients
- Clear, prompt, consistent liaison with all key stakeholders including conveyancers.
- Add your own ideas at our weekly meetings be involved in the progression of the team and business.
- Weekly Reporting functions, as required.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Experience in real estate or an administration role
- Proficient administration skills with excellent time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised and able manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Can work and manage workloads with mínimal direction.
- Independent worker and works well within a diverse team but can also work alone productively.
- Flexible with prioritising daily and reactive tasks
- Proactive and creative thinker while using initiative.
- Creative thinker that likes interacting with new people and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Can manage under pressure with multiple tasks at once.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Looking to grow within the business.

This position has become available immediately to cover extended leave of our current officer, however this full-time position will be an ongoing role.

**Salary**: $51,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
