**How You’ll Shine**

As the Maintenance Manager you would be responsible for overseeing, co-ordinating and completing the day to day operation of the Maintenance department.

This involves maintaing a high standard with all areas of unit repairs, external property and resort common area maintenance in line with Body Corporate budgets and requirements as outlined in the caretaker agreement. The onsite Hobby Farm which houses several farm animals will also require some maintenance from time to time.

In addition, you will be required to maintain up to date records of all repairs, maintenance contracts, inventories and fire safety records and associated department related paperwork.

**What You’ll Bring**

This is a hands on management position and therefore you will be able to demonstrate the following;
- Previous experience in a management role is essential
- Demonstrated high level of competence and technical experience in general resort property and grounds maintenance and repairs (including electrical, plumbing installations, building and pool maintenance)
- Experience with Hotel/Resort refurbishment highly regarded
- Current First Aid certificate and comprehensive understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles and chemical handling
- Results orientated, with strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to multi task and use initiative
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with experience in Strata ownership operations
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school and public holiday periods
- Ability to maintain accurate filing of all maintenance and service records and preparation of monthly reports
- Trade qualification desirable
- Current drivers licence
