What will your day look like
As a Small Business Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of small business customers and providing banking services remotely. You will retain and grow a portfolio of high value existing customers by completing A-Z Reviews, uncovering customer needs, selling the full range of ANZ solutions (business lending, home lending, working capital and wealth products) resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You are the primary point of contact and complete all customer enquiries relating to acquisition of new customers, and retention of existing customers.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Lending experience in business banking or retail banking
Excellent understanding of small to medium business markets
Strong negotiation, customer management and relationship management skills
Customer management skills with a strong care for customer approach
