While experience in SQL, AMPScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SSJS is highly regarded, having Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications is a bonus. Welcome to the heart of our Salesforce and Marketing Cloud development squad, where your role as a Marketing Cloud Functional Analyst is nothing short of essential. In this dynamic **6-month fixed term contract**, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to design and execute captivating campaigns while fine-tuning automation and journeys for RMIT Online.

Your days will be filled with translating business requirements into technical solutions and collaborating closely with our campaign specialist, Marketing Cloud developer, and broader Salesforce development team. Together, we'll unlock the full potential of the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring every campaign hits its mark and every journey is seamless.

Our team's like a well-oiled machine - fuelled by collaboration, growth, and those legendary team lunches where laughter's the secret sauce. Whether it's our fortnightly face-to-face huddles or the occasional off-site lunch or rooftop bar drinks, we know how to celebrate together.

- Design Mapping & Documentation: Get groove with your documentation, spinning user stories, jamming out use cases, and dancing through process flows.
