- Demonstrated knowledge of the systematic teaching of synthetic phonics (Read Write Inc), reading through the Australian Curriculum, and high impact pedagogical approaches
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with early learning centres to strenghten kindy to prep transition
- Experience leading teams to achieve school priorities in teaching and learning
- Evidence of leading a strong team culture of student achievement.

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. - In addition to registration, teachers working in Education and Care Services (including State Delivered Kindergarten programs) require an exemption card issued by Blue Card Services. For more information on blue cards and exemption cards, please CLICK HERE.
