About Woogaroo Creek State School
Our new school opened to start the 2023 school year. We are continuing to see the building and development of Stage One of our school grounds and facilities.
We offer student enrolment to families who live in our school catchment. Local families will be able to use the links on our 'Enrolment' page to find out whether they are eligible to enrol students at our great school.
We have worked closely with our local community over the past year to build our school's narrative and identity.
About the Role
The successful applicant will work with a sense of urgency and adaptability and have demonstrated capability and experience in school-based cleaning roles, including (but not limited to):

- Being able to work as a contributing member of a collaborative team.
- Being able to work independently and autonomously within defined timeframes.
- Contributing to the efficient and effective operation and environment of the site by providing a high level of cleaning support in classrooms, amenities blocks, other school buildings and outdoor areas.
- Security including: Activating and disarming school security systems as required, locking and unlocking buildings and reporting security, safety, damage concerns to the Principal/Business Manager or Schools Officer (Facilities and/or Grounds).
- Liaising with Principal / Business Manager regard purchase and replacement of cleaning materials.
- Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate.

The Cleaner reports to the Business Manager.
