We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our passionate and energetic Marketing team. You will be working across Large Format Retail Centres for one of our major clients. Based at Springvale Homemaker Centre, you will also manage the marketing activities in Maribyrnong, Taylors Lakes, and Bendigo.Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives and community engagement campaigns to drive the overall success of the Victorian portfolio.**What you will be doing.**
- Develop and implement the marketing strategies for Springvale Homemaker Centre, Bendigo Homemaker Centre, Taylors Lakes Homemaker Centre and Maribyrnong Homemaker Centre.
- Assisting the National Marketing Manager in the delivery of national marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives across the Victorian portfolio.
- Develop and manage social media strategies, advertising and digital content.
- Partner with the Centre Management Team and National Marketing Manager to develop and implement annual Asset Plans.
- Liaise and assist Centre manager with meeting key targets, setting budgets, tenant liaison, and other on-site activities when required.
- Coordinate and implement events, communications, and promotional campaigns.
- Set marketing objectives to improve Centres traffic and retail turnover.
- Develop and maintain strong internal relationships to effectively communicate marketing strategy to key stakeholders.
- Build effective relationships with external stakeholders and agencies, including creative, digital and event agencies.
- Forge and maintain excellent relations with tenants; this includes communication through regular marketing meetings and newsletters.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives by selecting, segmenting, and targeting markets, and promoting Harvey Norman’s portfolio of properties to those markets.
- Manage all portfolio marketing funds including analysis of the effectiveness of marketing, promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Undertake projects on the national portfolio as directed by National Portfolio Manager
- Regularly review other competing Centres in proximity/area and report on new initiatives and possible areas of growth for the Victorian portfolio.
- Analyse and report on business performance though monthly reporting and KPI tracking.
- Always act legally and within the parameters of accepted business practice. Undertake no course of action that may result in legal action against CBRE or otherwise bring the company into disrepute.
- Regular travel to Bendigo Homemaker Centre, Taylors Lakes Homemaker Centre and Maribyrnong Homemaker Centre to manage events, advertising and retailer meetings

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing and 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within a retail centre environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to be dynamic in your approach and adapt well to change
- The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations
- Advanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approach
- A driver’s licence and car as there is the requirement to travel to sites.
