Entrecote Prahran (Happy Cow Leasing) is looking for a Venue Manager for our beautiful Parisian brasserie, Entrecôte.

Naturally, you’ll bring your hospitality and leadership experience to this role.
- Your comprehensive knowledge and understanding of what it takes to maintain the highest level of guest experience in a multifaceted hospitality business.
- A Bachelor Degree or three years working in a similar position.
- Your expertise hiring, onboarding and managing diverse teams - to support individuals to be their best selves.
- You’ll contribute to shaping engaging training and development programs for the team
- You enjoy juggling a multitude of activities and appreciate process, structure and the importance of upholding agreed upon standards. You enjoy completing dining reports, supporting rostering and ensuring our home is safe, well organised and magnifique at all times.
- AND You’ll inspire the team by showing the way By celebrating success and supporting the vision, values and goals in place to enable Entrecôte to thrive, to continue to reimagine, and to create tomorrow’s stories.

Acknowledging our 7 day a week endeavour, we’re looking for a flexible Venue Manager to ensure our venue is covered in the busiest of times.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
