This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sommelier to join our team and assist in leading our beverage program.

Naturally, you’ll bring your hospitality and leadership experience to this role.
- Review and manage the restaurant's wine list and select wines to complement the chef's seasonal menu offerings.
- Meet with winemakers and sales representatives to keep up to date with wine trends, evaluate new products, and negotiate prices.
- Train and educate other serving staff on the restaurant's wine selection, region, flavor profiles, and food pairings.
- Host hands-on wine-tasting classes, wine dinners, and wine-pairing events for guests.
- Maintain and organize the wine cellar, including stock-taking and ordering of supplies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and keep knowledge of wine regions, history, and contemporary winemaking techniques.
- Oversee wine service procedures, including handling and presentation of wine to patrons, and ensuring they are served at the right temperature in the appropriate glassware.
