We have an incredible opportunity for a customer obsessed, energetic and forward-thinking Brand Marketing and Communications Manager to join the team.

This is not your typical Marketing Manager role. Half of your time will be working with the CEO on creative art direction, working with photographers, models and makeup artists, planning events and being an all-round creator. The other half of the time, you will be leadingand developing the brand marketing strategies along with strong and talented Influencers, Social and Creative Teams to support you to bring the brand vision to life.

On the strategic front, you will help deliver growth through understanding our customers better, while building strong relationships with customers through targeted marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible to lead and execute our marketing strategy across local and international markets for both brands.

To do this successfully, beauty experience is a must, and you will also be coming from a fast-paced environment, as we move quickly here at MCoBeauty This role is 5 days a week in the office, as we love our collaborative culture.

You will have excellent relationship management skills, as you are required to work closelywith the Sales/Retail and Product Development leaders to maximise brand exposure.

Leadership experience is a must, as you will be leading and driving a highly motivated and high performing team. This role will have the Talent and Influencer Team, PR Manager, Content Manager, and a Marketing Coordinator reporting into you.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Key point of contact for all marketing, advertising, and PR initiatives across all brands.

- Negotiate end to end influencer marketing campaigns.

- Ensure there is brand integrity and consistent branding and tone of voice across all communications.

- Manage a variety of integrated campaigns from concept development through to post campaign analysis and reporting.

- A large part of the role is managing still product photo shoots and campaign shoots, booking of models, makeup artists and photographers, videographers, and manage the flow of creative assets to different departments.

- Manage and execute brand events, previous exp is essential.

- Lead the Influencer Team to ensure success of campaigns and tracking growth against the wider strategy.

- Provide strategic recommendations and strategy to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager for content integration into all marketing campaigns and use of assets through the marketing funnel.

- Work with a variety of stakeholders to manage the financial operations including setting the marketing budget, establish KPI’s and day to day deliverables.

- Build seamless end to end customer journeys to drive optimised outcomes.

- Set global PR guidelines establishing goals and targets for PR coverage.

- Strong agency management skills of digital, media, PR and creative teams.

- Work closely with product development, creative and the CEO to implement plans.

- Work with international agencies to ensure that global marketing capabilities and resources are adequate to meet the needs of the business.

- Manage a team of direct reports including line management, time and task prioritisation, personal development, planning and coaching.

Skills & Experience

You will be an all-round marketer with proven experience in Beauty, Fashion or FMCG marketing looking to develop your career in a fast paced, high performing culture.
- Experience in beauty, skincare or self-tan industry desirable.

- A very good creative eye

- At least 5 years + of end-to-end marketing brand execution & trade marketing experience

- Experience in managing photoshoots, booking talent, negotiating etc

- Sound knowledge of the social media landscape and influencer negotiations

- Leadership experience of a broad marketing team and have at least 5 direct reports.

- Relevant qualifications in marketing or simil
