Undertake Sales and Marketing activities for Retirement Living Units with a customer centric focus that promotes the ACH Group brand. Reporting to the Real Estate Services Manager you will meet the divisional strategic goals and budgets by contributing to the best possible outcome for unit turnover.

This opportunity will offer you a rewarding role and flexible working hours, this is a part time role at 0.8FTE based in Mile End.

**What you'll do**:

- Undertaking of sales and marketing activities in line with ACH Groups sales culture and strategy
- Manage sales leads
- Work with the Marketing team to prepare sales and marketing material
- Prepare Residence Agreements and associated contract documentation
- Prepare and maintain ACH Group website listings and other on-line listings
- Identify opportunities to promote and enhance ACH Group services
- Proactively support the Real Estate Services Manager to meet sales targets and strategic outcomes
- Offer sound advice and solutions to customers
- Maintain and develop engaging and effective internal and external relationships to strengthen sales opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and ways of working
- Communicate with outgoing residents/families regarding the sales and marketing process of their unit

**About you**:
You must be able to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills to engage positively with a wide range of personnel to achieve desired outcomes. You will establish rapport and credibility with a wide range of people using positive and effective personal management skills. You will also possess:

- Demonstrated experience in similar sales role would be highly regarded
- Real estate experience in either sales or property management is highly regarded but not essential.
- Qualifications in Property Services and Sales or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Strong focus on listening and identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- High proficiency in MS Office and Customer Relationship Management Program (ideally Salesforce or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to continuous improvement and problem solving both individually and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to align with ACH Group Cultural Elements
- High level of professionalism whilst combining a positive and friendly approach and the ability to relate to customers and families with empathy and sensitivity
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and Resiliency
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing demands
- As this role requires travel (metropolitan only) a current Drivers Licence is required

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
