**Master Data Coordinator**:

We’re seeking a **Master Data Coordinator** to create and maintain transactional central master data to support the delivery of the Shared Services team. This is a permanent full time hybrid role that can be based out of North Sydney, NSW or North Plympton, Adelaide.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide helpdesk support in transactional process in Ariba, Concur, SAP purchasing (including materials management).
- Liaise with vendors, employees, and contractors to ensure accuracy of information.
- Conduct periodic review of data objects.
- Assist in process education of master data through contributing to training delivery where required.
- Support Master Data Manager in managing escalations or technical issues requiring resolution.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated understanding of transactional central (master) data is preferred. However, if you have worked in a similar role or have a strong administrative, accounts payable or SAP background we want to speak with you.
- Ability to adapt quickly to complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Sound communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to interface professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel.
