**About the role**

The Front of House Lead (FOHL) is a pivotal role in the successful management of the Standards Australia’s front of house operations. As a key leader, there will be an emphasis on quality and attention to detail, to ensure outstanding customer service and the prioritisation of exemplar guest experiences. The FOHL will have strong capabilities to lead, coach and develop a front of house team with a continual improvement mindset, and will contribute to the success of providing consistent, memorable and world class experiences to all guests and stakeholders of Standards Australia.

**What you'll do**
- Maintaining a welcoming image of the organisation by being the face of Standards Australia to all external, internal stakeholders and Customers
- Supporting the Customer Success Manager in managing vendor relationships - contract renewal/negotiation, disputes, feedback, and the scheduling of regular maintenance
- Maintaining a clean, orderly and well-presented Front of House, ensuring that all meeting rooms are clean and beautifully presented, with audio-visual setup to create a positive customer experience.
- Overseeing the facilities schedule to ensure servicing is completed on time - cleaning, plant upkeep, coffee machine servicing & general property maintenance is
- Managing our kitchens on L9 and L10 by liaising with our pantry suppliers for our food and beverage inventory, ensuring stock levels always maintained
- Running monthly supply ordering e.g. stationery, bathroom amenities, sanitization stations
- Coordinating mail, liaising with the building for incoming mail/packages and arranging couriers for employees
- Direct Leadership of Front of House team, fostering an environment of teamwork to ensure all FOH coordinators deliver a professional, and customer centric experience for both internal and external stakeholders
- Manages relationships professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Take the initiative to anticipate and resolve problems and develop effective working arrangements to maximize effectiveness
- Liaise with stakeholders and customers as required, managing their inquiries, and coordinate responses

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Able to source through blocks of information and identify what is the most important
- Strong listening skills, clarifies and probes for understanding
- Organised and structured working style with strong planning skills
- Receptive to feedback and continual improvement
- Good relationship management skills
- Strong focus on detail, problem-solving ability and a commitment to quality and customer service
