**ATLAS **Recruitment are working with a leading property organization looking to recruit a dynamic and well-presented Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join their team.
**About the Role**:
The objective of this diverse role is to support the efficient running of the office whilst being the front face of the business, managing a wide range of administrative tasks. The role is office based, hybrid working front of house.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception**
- Providing seamless, polished and professional front of house services
- Ensuring visitors are registered on-time through the Visitor Management platform (WOL)
- Meeting and greeting all visitors including employees, clients and business partners in a professional and polite manner at all times
- Managing all incoming calls by ensuring they are appropriately screened, announced and directing to the appropriate department/area or persons, in a polite and professional manner
- Managing all Head office catering and refreshments as required for meetings and events, including arranging breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, morning tea’s and coffees as required/requested
**Office Management**
- Managing of all tenancy requests through PSQ Concierge (WOL) portal including but not limited to; registering visitors, dry cleaning, bookings and reservations, transport taxi/chauffer, access cards management, car-parking, lockers and EOD facility management.
- Representing the business in all Tenancy Meetings held by PSQ Management, and ensuring appropriate updates are relayed back to business.
- Managing meeting room bookings and the general presentation and housekeeping of these rooms including arranging fresh water, glass and catering if required
- Arranging flights, accommodation, car hire and chauffeured vehicles and taxis as and when requested
- Collecting and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail
**About You**
- Ideally a minimum 3 year's administrative experience in a fast-paced environment reporting to senior stakeholders)
- High Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and calendar software; database experience helpful.
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills; able to compose and edit correspondence.
- Self-starter, able to work independently and interactively with the team.
- Professional, personable, and diplomatic in all communications and interactions.
