**St John of God Richmond Hospital **is a private mental health hospital northwest of Sydney providing comprehensive and holistic mental health care services in a tranquil setting. Providing multidisciplinary care to all patients based on an individualised care model, the hospital wards maintain strong links with community mental health services, other primary health care providers and social services to ensure patients receive ongoing care after leaving hospital
An exciting opportunity is available for an **Administration Officer** to join our busy and efficient team.
Working as an **Administration Officer **you will provide comprehensive, high-level administration support encompassing a range of clerical tasks including diary management, procurement support, and general administration support for corporate services at the Richmond facility.
This is a fabulous opportunity to propel your administrative career forward, working in a clinical environment within a supportive and friendly team.
This position will be offered on a permanent full time basis of 38 hours per week. Location will cover both **Richmond** and **Burwood** hospitals.

- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support functions to a diverse team, including accounts processing, contract management and reporting.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Well-developed planning and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and mange competing demands.
- Sound conceptual and problem solving skills, with a commitment to ongoing improvements.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Sound computer literacy, with an ability to use all Microsoft Office products..
- Willingness to work at both Burwood and Richmond hospitals
**We can offer the following**:
- Salary**:$64,556 - $65,883** + 10.5% superannuation
