**About the role at Flare**

**The Opportunity**

The purpose of the Novated Leasing Consultant role is to educate and convert novated lease opportunities to prospective customers. As a Novated Leasing Consultant, you will meet individual and team sales targets as well as offer additional products. By offering outstanding customer service throughout the vehicle sales process, you will aim to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and referral business opportunities.

**Your Day To Day Impact**
- Converting inbound lead opportunities by offering novated leases and educating prospective customers on the benefits of using a novated lease arrangement.
- Generate tailored quotations for prospective customers, completing financial approval and vehicle ordering processes to convert lead opportunity to sale.
- Managing a lead pipeline within the relevant CRM, maintaining data integrity and achieving sales activities within agreed KPI’s
- Attending and completing relevant product, compliance, and skill courses in line with core activities (including financier and insurance accreditation requirements)
- Demonstrate team values, maintain an optimistic view and embrace/ seek feedback.
- Proactively contribute to the team’s culture, team discussions, attend and participate in team meetings
- Actively participate in product enhancements, sales process effectiveness and playbook development

**What You Bring To The Table**
- Experience within novated leasing, salary packaging or consumer finance sales

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Deal Management - Effectively prioritize and manage deals to meet sales targets, including coordination with AEs and Marketing to land prospects
- Prospect Relationship Building - Develop relationships with prospects to uncover their needs through effective questioning, and to qualify interest and viability
